Partial discharge is an effective and sensitive evaluation indicator in the power cable industry both domestically and internationally. The German Saba V-34/37/45/62 PD cable ultra-low frequency comprehensive testing system, based on international regulations such as IEEE400.2-2013 "Guidelines for on-site testing of shielded cables under 1Hz ultra-low frequency", has successfully developed an intelligent ultra-low frequency pure sine wave high-voltage generator for cables. Based on the experience of on-site testing of cable oscillation wave partial discharge and ultra-low frequency partial discharge in China since 2005, the system has optimized the detection and positioning detection instrument for power outage cable partial discharge.
